Setting Store Location Taxes

Store location taxes can be set up on the locations tab and each store will be required to have a sales tax rate set up for store pickup orders. This tax rate is specifically for sales taxes at your store location only and not intended for orders that are shipped from your location.

To Set Up Store Pickup Location Taxes

1. Login to your dashboard
2. Click on Locations
3. Set the tax rate for each location

To Set Taxes for Deliveries

1. Login to your dashboard
2. Click on your company name in the top right
3. Click on Tax Settings
4. Select the jurisdictions you collect tax and add a Tax ID

Taxes can be set to manual or automatic. Manual taxes means you set a rate and that rate will continue to persist until you modify. Automatic will use rooftop APIs to determine exact tax rates for customers in States where tax varies from county to county.
