Welcome to ShipEarly and thanks for taking the time to obtain a quick tour. Below you will get a better understanding of what each of the tabs on ShipEarly does when navigating. ShipEarly consists of your Dashboard, Products, Orders, Purchase Orders, Brands, Locatons, Staff, Reports, and Help tabs.
Dashboard
The Dashboard is your activity center where any outstanding items or to-do's reside. The order statuses you will see on your dashboard include:
- Need to Confirm: Let you know when you receve an order and are able to select which items you have in stock to fulfilll from your inventory.
- Dealer Order: After you confirm no inventory, 24 hours elapse from a need to confirm order, or if you are set as a non-stocking dealer. These are wholesale purchase requests automatically sent to your vendor.
- Not Picked Up: When all inventory is either at your store or has been shipped to your store awaiting consumer pickup.
- Ready for Delivery: When all inventory is either at your store or has been shipped to your store awaiting consumer delivery.
- Open: On Ship from Store orders when all inventory is at your store pending you shipping it to the consumer.
After you fulfill orders they move to Delivered status and will always be available on your Orders tab. You can also click 'Create Purchase Order' to initiate a B2B order.
Products
The Products tab is where you can browse the products, inventory availability, account specific wholesale pricing, product data such as UPCs and product descriptions. If your vendor has B2B Commerce turned on you can also build purchase orders from the Products Tab.
Orders
The Orders tab is the place where all historical orders reside and the ability to view or add comments, refund, or lookup orders placed directly with you. You can filter by order type (Store Pickup, Local Delivery, Ship from Store, or All), by date, brand, or order status. You can also use the search bar to look for vendor specific order IDs, products, or the consumers name. If you have multiple locations you can also filter based on the location the order was purchased from. All orders are exportable if you wish to obtan the data for further analysis.
Purchase Orders
The Purchase Orders tab is the destination to track all B2B order placements. ShipEarly uses this tab both for B2C & B2B Purchase Orders. B2C purchase orders are those generated through B2C activity such as Ship to Store when you cannot fulfill from your inventory. You can filter by date, brand, store location, status, or payment type. The Purchase Orders tab is also a great place to view if your brand has shipped or not with ship dates and tracking number by courier. All Orders are exportable if you wish to obtain the data for further analysis.
Brands
The brands tab allows you to view participating ShipEarly brands and make connection requests to fulfill orders and obtain access to their B2B portal. You can see if brands have accepted your request as you will see a green icon indicating you are connected. If buying on credit terms, you can also click on your vendors tile to see your current Credit Balance and if any upcoming payments are required to keep your account in good standing. Clicking on the brands logo will take you to their vendor specific product pages.
Locations
ShipEarly does support multiple locations. The locatons tab is where you can add new stores and set permissions for those stores.
Staff
Want to get your sales or support team in on the act to be notified of new incoming orders? You can add staff accounts which have lower permissions mainly without access to banking information for your company to login and interact on orders. Staff members can also make comments or act on orders to keep everyone on your team more involved/engaged to create a better consumer experience.
Reports
The Reports tab is your destination to view summarized sales, product, vendor and opportunity data for your company to leverage in making strategic decisions.
Help
The Help tab takes you to our Support Center and Knowledge base to self serve based on past articles or common customer support items. If something is missing, please do not hesitate to contact support@shipearly.com for us to assist.
