You and your Staff Members can now add comments to an order timeline so everyone can transfer knowledge on an order and have it available for others to access. Comments can be added to Online & B2B Orders. Comments retailers place have a store as default or their logo if entered in ShipEarly, brands have their logo to track who left which comment. On order screens if a chat bubble is available it means an order has a comment.
Add Comments on Order
- Find the order you would like to place a comment on for communication.
- Scroll to the bottom of the order page in the timeline section
- Leave a comment
- Post
Note: Orders with a Comment will have a speech bubble on the order pages to indicate a comment has been left.
