We know sometimes store closures happen. There are two types of store closures to consider. If the store closure is your only location or if you have multiple locations and you wish to close a branch.
Disabling Only Store Location
To disable your sole store location from receiving future orders follow these steps:
- Contact your vendor(s) to inform them of your store closing to turn you off their platform
- Send an email to support@shipearly.com and inform us of your retail operations closing down
Disabling Branch Location
Note: If the branch you are wishing to close is your primary HQ location please contact support@shipearly.com for assistance.
- Click on the Locations tab
- Under the Action column click the trash bin to make your store unavailable for online orders
- Notify your vendor that the location is no longer open and available to receive orders
