On orders when consumers come to collect their purchase occasionally staff members forget to request the verification code or cannot enter it into ShipEarly to close the order out for some reason. This is not a problem and does not hold up payment but does clutter your order dashboard and appears as though the consumer did not collect their purchase.
To remove from your dashboard you can:
- Reach out to your Rep or Vendor as they also have the codes on file
- Create a support ticket for ShipEarly
