Connecting LightSpeed Retail is a one minute process. Follow these steps or watch the video below:
Connecting LightSpeed
- Click Company Name in top right
- Select Inventory Settings
- Select LightSpeed Retail
- Click the LightSpeed Connect button
- You will be redirected to LightSpeed Retail, sign in with an Admin Username and Password
- Click Authorize the application
- You will be redirected back to ShipEarly and three new fields will appear
- Select your Store, Register, and an Employee ID
- Select if you would like ShipEarly to create the sale in LightSpeed for you with the Create Sale in POS option.
- Currently we only place in 100% in stock items but Ship to Store sales are coming soon. If opting into this feature the customer record and sale will appear in LightSpeed deducting your inventory. Otherwise you will have to record sales manually.
- Enter your store tax rate
- Click Update
Note: We search for items in your POS by UPC, we can only grab inventory if you place in the UPCs and have units in stock.
