Manual Inventory Upload

If you do not use a web based Point of Sale (POS) that we integrate with you can still publish your inventory manually. Please note that you must make the update on a daily basis as we do delete all prior days inventory. Each inventory update must be done per location.

To Manually Upload Inventory:

1) Login to your ShipEarly Account

2) Click on Inventory

3) Click Export to download the Excel template pre-populated with UPC codes

4) Fill in the template and add quantity under your store name. For multiple stores there will be multiple columns Note: Some brands may use part numbers in replace of UPC codes.

5) Click Import to place the file back into the system
